We are looking for a *smart, proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive* who can independently manage day-to-day marketplace operations and coordinate with different teams for smooth execution and sales growth.

### Experience Required

*2–4 Years* of relevant experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations of *Amazon, Flipkart and other online marketplaces*.

* Create and manage *new product listings*, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, attributes and backend information.

* Ensure listings are properly optimized for *search visibility and conversions*.

* Coordinate with the *graphic design/content team* for product images, A+ Content, banners and other marketplace creatives.

* Monitor product listings regularly for:

* Suppressed listings

* Pricing issues

* Buy Box issues

* Content errors

* Inventory availability

* Account health issues

* Manage inventory planning and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to avoid *stock-outs and excess inventory*.

* Monitor daily orders, cancellations, returns and customer feedback.

* Track product-wise *sales, traffic, conversion rate, ratings and reviews*.

* Coordinate with the advertising/growth team for marketplace campaigns and provide required product-level data.

* Identify products/listings where sales are declining and proactively suggest corrective actions.

* Handle marketplace cases/tickets and coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart support for resolution.

* Monitor competitors regularly for:

* Pricing

* Offers

* New launches

* Ratings & reviews

* Content

* Product positioning

* Prepare *daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports* covering sales, inventory, returns, advertising and marketplace performance.

* Support recent product launches and ensure all listing, inventory, pricing and promotional activities are completed before launch.

* Coordinate with internal teams including *Sourcing,



Warehouse, Accounts, Content, Graphic Design and Advertising*.

### Candidate Requirements

* Strong hands-on knowledge of *Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub*.

* Good understanding of product listing and marketplace SEO.

* Comfortable working extensively on *Excel / Google Sheets*.

* Should understand basic marketplace metrics such as:

* Sessions

* Conversion Rate

* Buy Box

* CTR

* ROAS/ACOS

* Return Rate

* Inventory Cover

* Basic knowledge of *Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads* will be preferred.

* Knowledge of tools such as *Helium 10 or similar e-commerce tools* will be an advantage.

* Should have basic understanding of *AI tools such as ChatGPT* for content research, competitor analysis and improving productivity.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Candidate should be *quick, responsible and capable of taking ownership*, rather than waiting for instructions for every small task.

### Preferred Candidate

We are specifically looking for someone who:

* Has previously handled a good number of SKUs on Amazon/Flipkart.

* Understands both *operations as well as sales growth*.

* Can identify problems independently and propose solutions.

* Has worked in *consumer products, appliances, electronics, home & kitchen, personal care or similar D2C/e-commerce categories*.

* Is comfortable working in a rapid-growing environment with frequent new product launches.

### Qualification

Graduate / MBA preferred. Practical e-commerce experience and capability will be given more importance than qualification.

### Salary Range

*₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month*, depending upon experience and capability.

### Important

We do not require a candidate who only knows basic order processing or catalogue uploading. We need someone who can *take ownership of marketplace operations, understand numbers, identify opportunities and actively contribute towards increasing online sales.*

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
