Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate, skilled, and responsible Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, assisting doctors, maintaining accurate nursing records, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per their medical needs
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records
- Monitor patients and report any changes in their condition to the concerned doctor
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols
- Provide appropriate care to patients before and after procedures
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, treatment, and general care
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of medical equipment




- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a protected environment in the assigned unit
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide necessary nursing care

Qualifications:

- B.Sc. Nursing / DGNM
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures, medical terminology, and patient care
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

- 0–2 years preferred
- Freshers may also apply

Salary:

- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and qualification)

- In person (Kovur, Chennai)
