- Manage the school's budget, resources, and supplies.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling and maintenance.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
- Student and parent engagement:
- Address student discipline and counseling needs.
- Meet regularly with parents to discuss student progress.
- Organize school events and functions.
- Compliance and communication:
- Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
- Liaise with the school board, local authorities, and the community
