- Experience in North Indian cuisine preferred.
- Positive knowledge of curries, tandoor, breads, and traditional North Indian dishes.
- Ability to work in a hotel kitchen.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage ingredients and kitchen cleanliness.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team.
- Follow instructions from the Executive Chef.
