We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll coordination, and financial record-keeping activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
* Assist with GST & TDS return filing and related compliances.
* Support Income Tax Return filing and tax-related documentation.
* Handle GST amendments and maintain required records.
* Assist in managing tax and compliance scrutiny matters.
* Prepare and coordinate replies to GST/PF notices as required.
* Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
* Maintain accurate accounting and compliance records.
* Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal teams as required.
* Support the accounts team in meeting reporting and compliance deadlines.
**Requirements**
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
* Basic to good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and PF compliance.
* Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
* Robust attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
