About the Role

Bakingo is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Center Lead to manage the complete day-to-day operations of our center. The role involves team management, inventory control, procurement, KPI management, and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end center/store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Lead, organize, and manage the center team to achieve operational targets.
- Prepare and manage staff rosters based on business requirements.
- Monitor team performance and drive achievement of KPIs and operational targets.
- Manage inventory, including stock levels, inwarding, consumption, wastage, and reconciliation.
- Handle local procurement for store requirements while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure uninterrupted store operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and month-end operational reports.
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure adherence to company processes and SOPs.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards related to hygiene,



food safety, and store discipline.
- Maintain accurate operational data and provide regular updates to management.
- Use Advanced Excel for reporting, analysis, MIS, and performance tracking.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in store operations / center management, preferably in the Food & Beverage, Bakery, QSR, Cloud Kitchen, or Hospitality industry.
- Strong team-handling and people-management skills.
- Experience in inventory management and local procurement.
- Good understanding of operational KPIs and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, and reporting.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced operational environment.
- Solid ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
