About the Role

WeCredit is looking for a Team Lead – Home Loans to lead a team of sales professionals, drive home-loan business, and ensure a robust customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement. The role requires strong team-handling, sales, customer relationship and loan-process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Home Loan Sales Executives.
- Drive daily and monthly sales, login, sanction and disbursement targets.
- Generate and manage leads through assigned channels and ensure effective follow-up.
- Guide the team in understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable home-loan options.
- Ensure proper collection and submission of customer and loan documents.
- Coordinate with customers, banks/NBFCs, credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.
- Track applications from lead generation to login, sanction and disbursement.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, conversion and TAT.
- Identify bottlenecks and support the team in resolving customer or process-related issues.




- Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reports.
- Ensure adherence to Company processes, lender guidelines, compliance and ethical sales practices.

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of Home Loan / Mortgage products and processes.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong team-handling and people-management abilities.
- Good customer relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to work with targets and performance metrics.
- Good understanding of loan eligibility, documentation, login, sanction and disbursement.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM and basic MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with banks/NBFCs and internal teams.

Pay: ₹12,929.77 - ₹50,000.00 per month
