- KUBER CONSTRUCTION CO. is a A5 Road Contracting firm that is looking for Data Entry cum Accounts Operator Department (Experience Required: 4–5 years) Location: Raipur (Head Office)

Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience.

- ABOUT THE ROLE-
- Kuber Construction Co. is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry cum Accounts Operator to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and documentation across our multiple road construction sites (PWD/PMGSY/ other department projects). The role is central to keeping site-level expense, purchase, and asset records accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Record daily site-wise transactions — cash, material purchases, labour and machinery expenses — into the company's accounting/Excel system.
- Collect, verify, and file purchase bills and invoices from all running sites/ parties; ensure timely upload/entry into the system.
- Maintain site log books / measurement-book support records and cross-check entries with site supervisors.
- Prepare and submit MIS reports on a weekly / bi-weekly, or bi-monthly basis as directed by management.
- Maintain vehicle & machinery records — insurance renewals, fitness/permit validity, running-hours (time-run) logs, and service history.
- Maintain all the site related entries and always keep them audit ready. Maintain all staff related details in the system and keep them audit ready.
- Coordinate daily with site supervisors across running sites to collect data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely reporting.




- Maintain party/vendor ledgers and follow up on outstanding bills or documentation
- Keep physical and digital filing systems organized for easy retrieval during audits or department inspections.
- Support the accounts team with basic reconciliation and ad-hoc data requests from the proprietor.
- REQUIREMENTS-
- 4–5 years of experience in data entry / basic accounting, preferably in construction, contracting, or a similar site-based business
- . Working knowledge of construction site operations and terminology (materials, machinery, site documentation) preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Tally (formulas, pivot tables, basic dashboards) — mandatory.
- Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software. Basic understanding of GST/purchase-bill documentation is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to site locations for verification.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple site supervisors and vendors. Trustworthy, organized, and comfortable working with financial data independently.
- Languages required- Hindi along with decent English.
