1. Generate Running Account (RA) bills, interim bills, and final project bills for clients and subcontractors based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
2.Site Measurement: Take and verify physical on-site measurements with site engineers to ensure claims match completed work
3.Rate Analysis: Calculate rates for extra or non-BOQ items and perform material reconciliation
4.Coordination & Follow-ups: Liaise with contractors, project managers, and the finance team to transparent vendor invoices and secure timely payments.
5.Software: Strong command of MS Excel
6.Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and understanding tender terms.
