We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to build strong customer relationships, handle enquiries, follow up with leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain strong and professional customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Maintain customer and lead records in CRM/system.
- Support the sales team in lead conversion and customer retention.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly follow-up and customer reports.
- Achieve assigned targets and performance goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, telecalling, or relationship management preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and CRM.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and willingness to learn.
Malayalam and English communication skills are required
