Job Description: Electrical Billing Engineer

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Electrical Billing Engineer to join our team at The Royal Electric Company.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in estimation work, billing creation, materials management, entry of work/service reports, staff coordination, site supervision, and end-to-end project billing supervision.

As an Assistant Electrical Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of electrical billing work across our project sites—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards. The role requires close coordination with project teams, on-site inspections, and providing technical guidance for successful and timely project completion and bill submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and managing electrical billing for all project sites including RA bills, Final bills and any sub-contractor billing
- Estimation work, material planning, and BOQ preparation
- Managing materials, inventory, and procurement coordination
- Supervising site work daily and ensuring quality workmanship and measurements submission
- Leading and inspiring on-site execution teams
- Participating in client, architect, consultant, and MEP coordination meetings
- Supporting management with additional responsibilities when required

Required Skills & Capabilities

- Strong project planning and site management skills
- Excellent experience in electrical billing systems for commercial, residential and industrial projects
- Excellent command over electrical items and execution methodologies
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate across departments
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience handling various electrical project sites
- On-site locations: Mumbai
- Office location: Santacruz West

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree (BEE) / Diploma (DEE) in Electrical Engineering
- Strong technical, analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
