Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Officer specializing in Loan Against Property (LAP) to join our team at SK Finance in Banda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, sourcing high-value property loan leads, and maintaining robust client relationships. Local candidates from Banda and experienced professionals will be given strict preference.

Salary & Compensation:Basic In-hand Salary: ₹ 14,000 - ₹ 20,000 per month (Based on experience)Incentives: ₹ 5,000 - ₹ 10,000 per month (Based on target achievement)

Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹ 30,000+ per month

Key Responsibilities:LAP Sourcing: Identify and acquire new customers looking for Loan Against Property (LAP) and mortgage loans in the Banda region.

Lead Generation: Source leads through local networking, connectors, builders, cold calling, and direct field visits.

Sales Closure: Explain loan structures, interest rates, and legal/technical requirements to clients, and successfully close property loan deals.

Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relations with local business owners, property dealers, and existing clients to ensure referrals.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets for property loans.

Documentation & Reporting: Assist customers with loan documentation, coordinates with the credit team, and provide daily performance reports to management.

Job Requirements:Experience: 1 - 2 years of proven experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans, or Secured Loans. (Experienced candidates will be preferred).

Location Preference: Must be a local resident of Banda with deep knowledge of the city's geography and market. (Local candidates will be given high preference).

Education: Minimum qualification is a Graduate or equivalent.

Skills: Strong negotiation, property valuation understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills.Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for mandatory field work in and around Banda.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
