We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams. This role is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in customer coordination and IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, queries, and concerns and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
- Follow up with technical and development teams regarding customer requests and provide timely updates to customers.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project/service updates, timelines, and issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed within the expected timelines.
- Ensure customers receive clear and professional responses to their queries.




- Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and maintaining good client relationships.

Skills & Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates with a basic understanding of IT/software products or services will have an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi language proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow up effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and Google Workspace.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
