Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with around 8 years of overall experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in S/4HANA, production processes, quality management, and end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as an SAP PP/QM Consultant on implementation and business transformation projects.
- Configure and support SAP PP processes including:
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Work Centers and Routings
- Production Planning
- Production Orders
- Production Execution
- Handle SAP QM processes including:
- Inspection Types
- Quality Planning
- Quality Control
- Inspection Lots
- Quality-related production processes
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end/full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, documentation, and user support.
- Work on integration between SAP PP/QM and other SAP modules where required.
- Provide support during UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using SAP best practices.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver project requirements.

- Robust experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP

- Strong experience in SAP QM

- Quality Control
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in 1–2 full-cycle SAP implementations
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in S/4HANA implementation projects, strong PP/QM integration knowledge, and experience working directly with business stakeholders will be preferred.
