Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop HVAC and Data Center Cooling equipment such as AHU, CRAH, CRAC, Indoor & Outdoor Units.
- Create 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks and Inventor.
- Perform engineering calculations related to airflow, cooling capacity, pressure drop, and heat transfer.
- Select HVAC components including fans, coils, compressors, filters, dampers, and refrigeration components.
- Support the design and development of Data Center Liquid Cooling Solutions, including CDUs (Coolant Distribution Units), liquid cooling loops, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and piping systems.
- Prepare BOMs, assembly drawings, GA drawings, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, electrical, sourcing, and project teams for product development.
- Support prototype development, testing, and design validation activities.




- Ensure designs comply with applicable HVAC and industry standards

Skills Required

- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC product design and Data Center Cooling applications.
- Strong knowledge of AHU, CRAH, CRAC, Precision Cooling, DX Systems, and Refrigeration Fundamentals & Data Center Liquid Cooling Technologies.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Direct-to-Chip Cooling, CDUs, liquid cooling loops, heat exchangers, pumps, and thermal management systems.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or Creo or Autodesk Inventor.
- Experience in sheet metal design, fabricated structures, and mechanical assemblies.
- Valuable understanding of HVAC components, airflow management, and thermal systems.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
