Experience: Freshers – (Experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services preferred)

Education: 12th Pass minimum / Any Graduate

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented Tele-Sales Executives to join our Personal Loan sales team. In this role, you will reach out to potential borrowers, explain unsecured loan options, verify eligibility, and guide applicants from initial inquiry through documentation and loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact inbound leads and outbound prospects to introduce personal loan offerings, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Assess customer financial needs, verify eligibility based on salary/income criteria, and suggest suitable loan amounts.
- Collect necessary documentation (KYC, income proofs, bank statements) and assist customers in completing the application.
- Follow up regularly with applicants regarding pending documents and approval status.
- Coordinate with internal risk, credit,



and operations teams to ensure fast processing and disbursement.
- Maintain call logs, customer records, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily call volume targets and monthly loan disbursement quotas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fluent in Hindi; basic/working knowledge of English.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and telephone etiquette skills.
- Basic understanding of financial terms (CIBIL score, interest rates, tenure, tenure calculations, documentation).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Email, CRM software).
- Positive attitude, target-driven mindset, and ability to handle customer objections.
