Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads (Google AdWords) campaigns. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of paid search advertising, campaign optimization, keyword research, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Handle Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads campaigns as required.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize ad copies, keywords, bidding strategies, and targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Manage and optimize daily/monthly Google Ads budgets.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking and campaign goals.
- Analyze Google Ads reports and prepare performance insights.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, keywords, landing pages,



and bidding strategies.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, features, and industry trends.

Requirements

- 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / Google AdWords.
- Strong understanding of Google Search Ads and keyword targeting.
- Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets.
- Good knowledge of CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, Quality Score, and ROAS.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage Google Ads campaigns and deliver performance results.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
