We are looking for an experienced and responsible Diploma Civil Engineer to join our team for site-based civil work at Fatehpur and Dera, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with labour and contractors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that work is completed as per project requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate with labour, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor work progress and maintain daily site records.
- Check measurements and material requirements at site.
- Ensure proper quality and timely completion of work.
- Report daily progress and site-related issues to management.
- Maintain safety and discipline at the work site.
Requirements:-
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
- 3–5 years of relevant site experience.
- Good knowledge of civil construction/site supervision work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labour and contractors at site.
- Candidate must have their own Bike/Two-Wheeler.
- Willingness to work at the project site in Fatehpur, Dera, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.
- Candidates from Himachal Pradesh or nearby locations will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits:-
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
