Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
- Experience in designing scalable data models and managing data integration processes.
- Strong knowledge of data storage solutions and best practices for data architecture.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data structures.
- Familiarity with data quality management and governance principles.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive data solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance.
