Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, your typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. You will be engaged in monitoring system performance, addressing any issues that arise, and coordinating with various teams to maintain service reliability. Your role is pivotal in managing the delivery of operational tasks, responding promptly to incidents, and facilitating continuous improvement in system operations to support business objectives effectively.
Key Competencies-

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide administration, monitoring, and support for enterprise End User Computing (EUC) environments.
- Manage and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / Citrix DaaS infrastructure.
- Support Citrix components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, Machine Catalogs, and Delivery Groups.
- Manage Citrix desktop and application provisioning using MCS and troubleshoot user session issues.
- Administer Windows 365 Cloud PCs, including provisioning, assignments, resizing, recovery, and decommissioning.
- Monitor Windows 365 availability, performance, capacity, and end-user experience.
- Administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, security, and application management.
- Support Windows Autopilot,



endpoint provisioning, application deployment, and device remediation.
- Troubleshoot Citrix, Windows 365, Intune, Windows endpoint, authentication, connectivity, and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation for provisioning, monitoring, remediation, and reporting.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Perform proactive monitoring and identify opportunities to improve EUC service performance and reliability.
Support Windows endpoint patching, security, compliance, and vulnerability remediation activities.
Work with Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, FSLogix, and Azure technologies.
Perform incident, problem, change, and service request management in accordance with ITIL processes.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring technical issues.
Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, identity, application, and service desk teams.
Participate in EUC migrations, upgrades, modernization, automation, and transformation initiatives.
Minimum 3 years of experience in EUC/Desktop Engineering with hands-on experience in Citrix, Windows 365, and/or Intune relevant Microsoft/Citrix certifications and 15 years of full-time education preferred.

Additional Information:

Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
ITIL Foundation Certification
Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and operational best practices.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
