Lumiere-X Medicals is a rapidly growing healthcare organization specializing in innovative aesthetic products, medical instruments, and advanced medical equipment. As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Field Business Manager to join our Dermatology/Cosmetic/Aesthetic Division.

Job Responsibilities

- Promote and market dermatology, cosmetic, and aesthetic products, medical instruments, and advanced equipment to dermatologists, skin doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
- Conduct product detailing, demonstrations, and provide product-related support to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits as per company requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate daily activity and sales reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with existing and prospective customers.

- Candidates with experience in Dermatology/Cosmetic/Aesthetic sales will be preferred.
- Candidates with Medical Devices or Pharma Sales experience will have an added advantage.
- Science background is mandatory.
- Candidates should be willing to work in the field and travel frequently as required.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Mumbai.

Educational Qualification

Candidates with a background in any of the following are preferred:

- B.Sc.
- M.Sc.
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- MBA – Marketing/Sales
- Other relevant Science or Healthcare-related qualifications

Key Requirements

- Mandatory Science background.
- Experience in Dermatology, Medical Devices, Pharma, Cosmetic, or Aesthetic sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Ability to independently manage a designated territory.

Salary & Perks

- CTC: Negotiable, depending on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
