Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our energetic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture strong, trusted relationships with a portfolio of key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' financial needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and advice.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts, including cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to discuss performance, market trends,



and strategic financial planning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
- Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and effectively, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Achieve individual and team sales, retention, and client satisfaction targets.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs in the CRM system.
