- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams,



and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies that align with business goals.
- Lead efforts to optimize and scale automation frameworks to support evolving project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to build automation capabilities and promote best practices within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Advisory.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools used in quality engineering.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated testing solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and recommend automation strategies that improve testing efficiency.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable automation solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automation Advisory.

- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
