Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily counter sales and ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Handle billing, cash/POS transactions, and order accuracy.
- Achieve daily sales targets and drive upselling.
- Lead, train, and allocate duties to counter staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
- Coordinate with kitchen/production team for timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor stock, wastage, and product availability.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming, and company SOP standards.
- Prepare daily sales and cash reconciliation reports.

Requirements

- 2–4 years’ experience in F&B;/QSR/café/restaurant operations.
- Previous team-handling experience preferred.
- Positive communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS, cash handling, and inventory.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
