Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and assist in converting them into customers.
- Maintain daily call records and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer handling.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and polite personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Target-oriented and good follow-up skills.
Working Hours
9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,799.45 per month
