Role: Training and Development Manager

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Training & Development professional to lead end-to-end learning initiatives across TripJack’s Sales, Travel, Product, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of core T&D; experience, with strong and demonstrable expertise in Sales Training as the primary requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and lead end-to-end training programs covering sales training, process training, and product training for TripJack's travel, sales, and operations teams.
- Prior experience in the travel industry is strongly preferred, with working knowledge of GDS platforms Amadeus, Galileo,



and Sabre — to ensure training content is technically grounded and relevant.
- Develop and deliver product training modules to ensure teams have deep, up-to-date knowledge of TripJack's B2B travel offerings and platform capabilities.
- Own process training initiatives, ensuring new hires and existing employees are aligned with SOPs, workflows, and quality/compliance standards.
- Bring innovative, out-of-the-box training methodologies — gamification, role-plays, simulations, digital/blended learning — to keep programs engaging and outcomes-driven.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments and build a structured annual training calendar aligned with business goals.
- Measure and report training effectiveness through pre/post assessments, feedback loops, and performance-linked ROI metrics.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations leadership to identify skill gaps and customize training interventions accordingly.
- Manage and mentor a training team (if applicable), while also being hands-on in content creation, facilitation, and classroom/virtual delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Training & Development, with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Training.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering end-to-end sales training programs for sales teams.
- Prior experience in the travel, tourism, aviation, hospitality, or B2B travel industry is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of GDS platforms – Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of product, process, and SOP-based training.
- Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing annual training calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Strong expertise in training content development, facilitation, and classroom/virtual delivery.
