Store Manager | Sugartown Candy Factory Location: Patiala, Punjab | Full-Time Responsibilities: - Manage daily store operations and staff - Drive sales and customer satisfaction - Handle billing, cash and POS - Manage inventory, stock and purchases - Ensure store hygiene, presentation and SOP compliance - Prepare daily sales and operational reports - Train and supervise store staff - Handle customer queries and complaints - Coordinate with the management team - Support live candy-making and store activities Requirements: - Graduate preferred - 2+ years of retail/F&B; experience preferred - Good communication and leadership skills - Robust sales and team-management ability - Honest, responsible and well-groomed
Pay: ₹12,147.80 - ₹25,000.00 per month
