Job Summary

ABS enterprises is looking for an organized, proactive Store In-Charge to manage and oversee daily store and inventory operations. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing materials, maintaining accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS software, and ensuring optimal stock levels with zero discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Inward & Outward Management: Oversee receipt of raw materials, tools, and finished goods; verify physical shipments against Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Challans (DC), and Invoices.
- Material Issue & Tracking: Issue materials to production/maintenance departments against approved material requisition slips (MRS/MIN).
- Inventory Control & Audits: Conduct regular physical stock counts, cycle counts, and monthly reconciliation to ensure 100% stock accuracy and prevent shrinkage, theft, or damage.
- ERP & Record Keeping: Accurately update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), issues, returns, and transfer entries in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Zoho, MS Dynamics, or Excel).
- Warehouse & Storage Organization:



Implement FIFO/LIFO methods, maintain bin card systems, and ensure proper labeling and layout for efficient material handling and 5S compliance.
- Stock Replenishment: Track minimum and maximum inventory levels, calculate reorder points, and coordinate with the procurement department to prevent stockouts.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce store safety protocols, safe material handling, and appropriate storage of hazardous or heavy materials.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 2–5+ years of experience as a Store In-Charge, Storekeeper, or Warehouse Supervisor (preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or retail warehouse).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Diploma/Degree in a relevant technical field.
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP MM, Tally Prime, Oracle, or Busy) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Skills: Robust organizational ability, numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and team coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
