WE ARE HIRING – PLANNING ENGINEER

HSB Projects is looking for an experienced and dedicated Planning Engineer to join our construction team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Position: Planning Engineer
Industry: Construction / Civil
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain project schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6.

Develop baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and weekly/monthly progress reports.

Monitor project progress against planned targets and identify delays.

Coordinate with Site, Billing, Procurement, Design, and Project Management teams.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Track manpower, material, equipment, and productivity.

Analyze project delays and prepare recovery plans.

Maintain project documentation and update schedules regularly.





Assist in planning and monitoring project milestones and completion targets.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
2–5 years of experience in construction/project planning

Good knowledge of MS Project / Primavera P6 & MS Excel
Solid analytical and coordination skills
Knowledge of construction activities and project scheduling
Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams
