About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for a 10-month contract assignment in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The role requires a consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, primarily Core HR and Payroll, along with expertise in HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and BI Publisher (BIP).

The consultant will be working independently at the client location and will be the sole Oracle HCM resource for this assignment. Therefore, the candidate must be capable of handling the assigned Oracle HCM activities end-to-end, taking ownership of requirements and deliverables, and working with minimal supervision or day-to-day technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
- Primarily focus on Core HR and Payroll modules.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate Oracle HCM solutions.
- Configure and support Core HR and Payroll business processes.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas.
- Perform data migration and data loading using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics using OTBI.
- Create and customize BI Publisher (BIP) reports and templates.
- Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues independently.
- Take complete ownership of assigned Oracle HCM deliverables.
- Coordinate directly with client/business stakeholders for requirements, clarifications, testing, and issue resolution.
- Support UAT,



deployment, data validation, and post-production activities.
- Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Provide ongoing production support and ensure timely resolution of Oracle HCM issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Solid hands-on experience in Core HR and Payroll.
- Practical experience with:
- HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Fast Formulas
- OTBI
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and data structures.
- Ability to independently analyze requirements and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working at the client location.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with HCM Extracts and Oracle HCM integrations.
- Knowledge of Absence, Compensation, or other Oracle HCM modules will be an advantage.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
- Experience working with international/Saudi clients will be an advantage.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Oracle HCM certification will be an added advantage.
