Job Summary

Stature Properties Private Limited is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive site visits and bookings, manage customer relationships, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, team management, customer conversion, negotiation, and channel partner coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Handle qualified leads received from pre-sales, digital marketing, referrals, and channel partners.
- Drive customers from site visit to booking and closure.
- Understand customer requirements including budget, location, configuration, and investment purpose.
- Conduct and support site visits, project presentations, and customer meetings.
- Develop effective sales strategies to improve site visit-to-booking conversion.
- Follow up with prospective customers and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with channel partners to generate business and increase project sales.
- Monitor individual team performance, sales pipeline, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Handle customer objections, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Ensure accurate updates of leads, opportunities, site visits, and bookings in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.




- Ensure smooth coordination with customers during the booking and documentation process.
- Achieve assigned individual and team revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Proven ability to convert leads and site visits into bookings.

- Experience managing channel partners and external sales networks.

- Hands-on experience with CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage a high-performance sales team.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage.
- 4+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a sales leadership/managerial role preferred.
- Experience handling direct sales and channel partner sales will be an advantage.
