We are looking for a Sr. Sales Manager for our Lucknow branch.
The ideal candidate should
- have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and sales-management skills, along with a valuable understanding of the education/coaching industry.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
- Drive student enrollments for various courses, programs, and batches.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Oversee leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, referrals, calls, seminars, and other channels.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and parents.
- Identify and develop new sources of student acquisition.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other relevant organizations.
- Coordinate promotional activities such as seminars, career counseling sessions, open houses, scholarship tests, and education fairs.
