Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in Tally.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Handle GST-related entries and documentation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors,



and internal departments.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
