We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Trainer with 12+ years of industry experience to train and mentor students in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver practical and theoretical training in Hotel Operations & Hospitality
- Must have hands-on knowledge of Fidelio/Opera
- Train students in Front Office, Reservations, Check-in/Check-out & Guest Relations
- Provide exposure to F&B; Service and basic hotel operations
- Develop students' qualified communication and guest-handling skills
- Prepare training materials, activities, and practical sessions
- Mentor students and prepare them for careers in hotels and hospitality

Requirements:





- 12+ years of experience in the Hospitality/Hotel industry
- Strong practical knowledge of Fidelio
- Experience in reputed hotels/properties preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for training and mentoring students
- Candidates with Hotel Operations/Front Office experience preferred
