About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Assistant Team Leader to support the day-to-day management of our Tele Recruitment agents. In this role, you will monitor team performance, coach telecallers, ensure target achievement, and maintain operational excellence while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and deliver the team's daily/monthly first-trip conversion and milestone-retention targets.

·Coach and develop Telecallers through call barging, feedback, and daily huddles.

·Monitor productivity and quality dashboards; identify and close performance gaps early.

·Manage lead allocation across the team and flag lead-quality issues to the Centre Manager.

·Run quality checks on onboarding and documentation to minimise rejections and clawbacks.

·Control attrition through engagement, recognition, and early intervention.

·Report team performance and escalate blockers to the Centre Manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·Graduate in any discipline (preferred).





·1–3 years of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, Recruitment, or Voice Process.

·Prior experience in team handling or mentoring is preferred.

·Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

·Ability to monitor performance and drive team productivity.

·Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

·Fluent in Hindi; knowledge of Odia and/or Bengali is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
