- Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries from customers/leads
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer questions or concerns effectively
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Handle objections and rejections professionally while staying persuasive
- Requires robust verbal communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and fluency in [regional language/English/Hindi]; prior telecalling/telesales experience preferred but not mandatory
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
