Job Title: Logistics Supervisor (Last Mile Operations)

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: Early Morning Operations 3AM to 11AM (As Per Business Requirement)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, field-oriented Logistics Supervisor with experience in the Dairy or FMCG industry. The role involves supervising last-mile deliveries, coordinating with delivery teams and logistics partners, conducting depot visits, and ensuring timely, productive deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise daily last-mile delivery operations across assigned locations.

 Coordinate with delivery executives, delivery partners, and logistics vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment.

 Conduct regular depot visits to monitor operations and resolve operational challenges.

 Monitor route planning and delivery performance to improve operational efficiency.

 Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of dairy products while maintaining service quality.

 Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and supply chain teams for smooth daily operations.





 Track delivery exceptions and resolve customer delivery issues promptly.

 Maintain attendance, delivery records, MIS reports, and operational documentation.

 Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational processes.

 Monitor fleet utilization and support continuous improvement in logistics operations.

Requirements

 Graduate in any discipline.

 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Last-Mile Delivery, or Distribution.

 Mandatory Dairy/FMCG industry experience.

 Experience coordinating delivery executives, partners, and depot teams.

 Mandatory field operations and regular depot visits.

 Knowledge of route planning, fleet coordination, and delivery operations.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.

 Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
