About the role

We're a transmedia production house building content, brands, and IP across formats. This is a Founder's Office role where you sit right beside the founders and turn vision into execution, moving fluidly between strategies and getting things done.

This is a true generalist seat with high ownership. If you like wearing many hats, thrive in ambiguity, and want a front-row view of how a media business is built, this is for you.

What you'll do

Business & operations

- Own business development and finance. Doing client outreach that converts people, along building and maintaining budget sheets across all domains of the business.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings across the founder's calendar and client(s).
- Vendor management - negotiating, coordinating, sourcing equipment and keeping vendors accountable.
- Organize and maintain the company's drive, content, and invoices so nothing gets lost.

Content, brand & marketing

- Understanding of Instagram and YouTube platform, and growing the company channel - run and grow various channels and know the algorithm, retention, and google/meta ads.
- Making of decks, pitches, client presentations, and internal strategy.
- Manage the founder's LinkedIn end to end and optimise their profiles and network.
- Strategize for the company's content assets and how they're built and used.




- Manage the company’s content deliverables and make sure the right one ships on schedule.
- Proofread everything before it goes out - you're the last line of quality control.

Production

- Pre-production planning, logistics, and prep.
- Comfortable with running the set.
- Vendor management and coordinating with external stakeholders.
- Maintaining the budget and executing the project on timelines.

Who you are

- 2-3 years of experience across some mix of media, content, business, or marketing.
- A generalist who's genuinely strong in more than one area and skilled across strategy, ops, and execution.
- High ownership. You don't wait to be told; you spot the next thing and do it.
- Comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and irregular hours when a shoot demands it.
- Sharp communicator - clear writing, clear thinking, explicit asks.
- Genuinely excited about media, storytelling, and building an audience.
- Can navigate google workspace smoothly.
- Comfortable to do night shoots.

Additional Information -

Workdays - Monday to Friday (All Saturdays off)

Timings - 11 am to 6 pm

Location - Andheri West
