Job Responsibilities:

- Regularly connect with School Owners, Principals, and Management to collect feedback.
- Build strong professional relationships with school decision-makers.
- Understand requirements, concerns and expectations from Crickingdom.
- Capture feedback and convert it into clear action points.
- Coordinate with Academy Operations, Coaching, Sales, Marketing and Management to address requirements.
- Follow up with internal teams and ensure commitments are executed on time.
- Maintain a structured database of school interactions, feedback and action items.
- Track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to strengthen school partnerships.
- Prepare concise weekly/monthly reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 2+ years in Customer Relationship, Client Servicing, Business Development or Customer Experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident speaking with School Owners, Principals and senior management.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Valuable Excel/Google Sheets and reporting ability.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
- Education, School, Sports Academy, or EdTech experience preferred.
