Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage financial records and transactions for our gym facility. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day accounts bookkeeping, handle member billing, process vendor invoices, and maintain financial logs to ensure seamless club operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Bookkeeping: Maintain and update daily ledger entries, tracking operational expenses and revenue pipelines.

· Invoicing & Billing: Process member subscriptions, track outstanding payment dues, and manage receipt generation.

· Reconciliation: Perform weekly bank reconciliation statements and closely monitor cash register balances.

· Payroll Support: Validate employee logs and assist in compiling payroll outputs for gym trainers and facility staff.





· Statutory Taxes: Assist with monthly GST documentation updates and ensure proper calculation of vendor TDS deductions.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or a related financial discipline.

· Experience: 1 to 3 years of functional accounting experience, preferably within retail, fitness, or hospitality sectors.

· Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise utilizing Tally ERP/Prime and basic Microsoft Excel workflows.

· Regulatory Knowledge: Working understanding of commercial taxation layouts, primarily Indian GST framework guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
