Role Summary
Support HR transformation projects involving SAP SuccessFactors by assisting the PMO team in project coordination, reporting, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and action logs
- Schedule meetings and prepare MOMs
- Assist in risk/issue tracking and status reporting
- Support UAT coordination and documentation
- Coordinate between HR, IT, and implementation teams
Requirements
- Experience in Managing Successfactors is a must.
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree (HR/IT/Business)
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Valuable understanding of HR or project management concepts
