About the Role

V Support Solutions is looking for a Marketing / Business Development Intern to support client research, lead generation, business outreach, recruitment-service promotion and relationship-building activities.

The intern will work closely with the recruitment and business teams and gain practical exposure to how an HR and recruitment company develops business opportunities and connects with organizations that require hiring support.

Key Responsibilities

- Research companies, industries and potential business prospects.
- Identify organizations that may have recruitment or HR outsourcing requirements.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using online research and business platforms.
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn, websites, directories, social media and other channels.
- Assist with initial business outreach through email, phone and professional networking channels.
- Prepare and customize introductory messages based on prospect requirements.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate relevant information with the recruitment team.
- Assist in presenting V Support Solutions' recruitment and HR services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain lead trackers, outreach records and business development MIS.
- Research competitors, market opportunities and potential sectors for business development.




- Support recruitment campaigns and promotional activities that generate candidate and client leads.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations and business communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead-generation and outreach processes.

Skills Required

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with new people.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing or business development.
- Good internet research skills.
- Ability to write professional emails and messages.
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
- Persistence and willingness to follow up.
- Ability to understand business requirements and communicate them clearly.

Ideal Candidate

Students or fresh graduates from MBA, BBA, BBM, Marketing, Commerce, Management or any relevant discipline who are interested in Marketing, Sales, Business Development or B2B recruitment services.

Stipend

Performance-Based Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹24,000 per month, based on performance and internship contribution.

The stipend structure will be discussed during the selection process and will depend on the intern’s performance, productivity, and overall contribution during the internship.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
