- Manage basic inventory handling and ensure stock availability
- Pack products accurately and hand over orders to delivery riders
- Ensure online platforms are active and monitor order flow/traffic
- Coordinate with and manage delivery riders at store level
- Handle store closing activities and shutdown procedures
- Prepare and share end-of-day (EOD) sales report with reporting manager
- -Coordinate with chefs for the introduction of new products to service and operations teams
- Ensure staff training and operational readiness for new product launches
- Coordinate with brand and marketing teams to ensure availability of all marketing and branding tools at store level
- Ensure correct placement and usage of print materials, POS updates, videos and digital assets on in-store television screens, and storefront branding elements such as standees
- Ensure all brand tools are in place for smooth day-to-day operations and launches

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
