We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts to manage the company’s accounting, taxation, banking, auditing, and financial reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and financial reports
- Manage Drawing Power (DP), Cash Credit (CC), and banking documentation
- Support fund-raising activities and coordinate with banks and financial institutions
- Handle statutory, internal, and external audits
- Manage direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, TDS, GST, and related statutory compliances
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily accounting transactions
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, and management

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance
- At least 4 years of experience working with a Chartered Accountant firm




- Hands-on knowledge of DP, CC, Balance Sheet finalization, fund-raising, taxation, auditing, and bank reconciliation
- Solid working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Good understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
