Blessing Export is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers.

Telecaller / Customer Service Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads, customers, and prospects through calls and messages.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams for customer requirements.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide regular updates regarding leads and customer follow-ups to the reporting manager.
Candidate Requirements
- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and CRM/customer management software.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and engage customers professionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
