HR Manager

Location: Jaipur
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹1 Lakh/Month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Handle joining, onboarding, attendance & leave.
- Manage payroll coordination and employee records.
- Handle employee relations and grievances.
- Implement and maintain HR policies & processes.
- Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement.
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower requirements.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of HR Operations & Recruitment.
- Valuable communication and people-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and labour laws.
- Real Estate/Construction industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
