Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential clients, introduce our services, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for speaking with customers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain ProShoot's video production and digital marketing services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments with interested businesses.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or any graduate.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and/or English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, or customer support experience is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
