Job Summary

Responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation for hospital staff, doctors, patients, documents, medicines, and other authorized hospital requirements while maintaining the vehicle in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive hospital vehicles safely and responsibly as per assigned duties.

* Transport doctors, staff, patients, and authorized personnel as required.

* Pick up and drop off staff or patients according to hospital schedules.

* Ensure timely transportation for emergency or official hospital requirements.

* Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.

* Perform daily checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, and other essential vehicle components.

* Maintain proper records of trips, fuel, mileage, and vehicle-related activities.

* Follow all traffic rules and hospital safety policies.

* Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately to the concerned authority.





* Assist in loading and unloading hospital materials when required.

* Maintain skilled, polite, and respectful behaviour with patients, attendants, doctors, and staff.

* Keep all patient and hospital-related information confidential.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.

* 1–3 years of relevant driving experience; hospital experience preferred.

* Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.

* Safe and responsible driving skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and emergencies.

* Physically fit and capable of handling routine vehicle-related duties.

Preferred

* Previous experience as a hospital, ambulance, corporate, or staff driver.

* Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

* Familiarity with emergency transportation procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
