Position: Tekla Detailer – Structural Steel / PEB
Experience: 1–2 Years Minimum Experience in Tekla Structures
Location: Chh. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra

About the Role:
SCON Engineering Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Tekla Detailer to join our structural steel detailing team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Tekla Structures and a positive understanding of Fabricated Steel Structures and Pre-Engineered / Pre-Fabricated Buildings (PEB).

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and fabrication-ready 3D models and drawings for structural steel projects executed for Domestic as well as International clients, including projects in the USA, UK, and Gulf countries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop accurate 3D structural steel models using Tekla Structures based on engineering drawings, GA drawings, design drawings, and project specifications.
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA) Drawings, Assembly Drawings, Single-Part Drawings, and erection-related drawings.
- Detail Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and fabricated structural steel structures.
- Prepare and check connections, cleats, base plates, stiffeners, bracing, purlins, girts, stairs, platforms, handrails, ladders, etc.
- Generate BOM / Material Lists, NC files, DXF files, and other fabrication-related deliverables as required.
- Understand and implement fabrication requirements, connection details, bolt arrangements, welds, plate work, and shop fabrication practices.
- Coordinate the Tekla model and drawings with engineering/design requirements.
- Incorporate comments and revisions received from clients, engineers, and checking teams.




- Ensure drawings and models comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Carry out self-checking of models and drawings before submission.
- Coordinate with Design Engineers, Checkers, Project Managers, and other Detailers.
- Work on projects for Indian, US, UK, and Gulf clients and understand project-specific detailing requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Tekla Structures.
- Experience in Structural Steel Detailing / PEB Detailing.
- Practical experience with fabricated and pre-fabricated steel structures.
- Good understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.
- Ability to read and understand Structural, GA, Design, and Architectural drawings.
- Good knowledge of steel connections, bolts, welds, plates, profiles, stiffeners, bracings, purlins, girts, etc.
- Experience in preparing fabrication/shop drawings and GA drawings.
- Basic understanding of BOM, NC/DXF files and fabrication requirements.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who have worked on international projects (USA / UK / Gulf) will be preferred.
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in drawings/models.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should have:

1–2+ years of Tekla Structures experience + PEB/Structural Steel Detailing experience + exposure to fabrication + experience with Domestic and International projects.

Experience with US, UK, or Gulf projects will be considered a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
