- Provide 24/7 or shift-based nursing care as per patient requirements.
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, health status, and clinical condition.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Provide care for patients requiring tracheostomy, catheterization, Ryle’s tube/NG tube, PEG tube, and other supportive procedures, as applicable.
- Manage wound care, dressing, pressure sore prevention, and hygiene care.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, feeding, mobility, and personal care.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and escalate emergencies or clinical deterioration promptly.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, medication charts, and care documentation.
Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹42,056.07 per month
